The Buyer
Means the person, company or firm offering to purchase items from the Company.

Payment
Payment is due in full before goods leave the premises, either by bankers draft or upon clearance of a cheque. All invoiced goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.

Passing of Risk
Risk will pass to the Buyer upon delivery or collection. The Company shall not be liable for claims of any kind from the Buyer arising from any damage to the goods occurring after the risk has been passed however caused nor shall any liability of the Buyer to the Company be diminished or extinguished by reason of such loss.

Catalogue
The information contained in the catalogue pages relating to specific implements is for guidance purposes only. The Buyer should ascertain the condition and value of stock items prior to the conclusion of the sale.  Tyre condition as described in the catalogue pages is based upon fair judgement. The Company will not be liable to any claims in relation to tyre condition following the conclusion of a sale Stock offered for sale on the catalogue pages is subject to availability. The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure the online catalogue is updated regularly. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check, by telephone or email, on availability before travelling.
